About Artist:
Favour is the artist project of Amsterdam-based producer Tom Meijer. After years behind the scenes, including producing Sef’s acclaimed album Lieve Monsters, he returns with a new body of work that began with a period of working alone in a house deep in the Dutch countryside. There, he built modular experiments, modulated samples and raw musical ideas that would become the seeds of the EP. Those fragments became songs through collaboration with four featured artists,
The upcoming EP moves through melancholy and release, fear and desire, circling around danger and the uncertainty of what happens when you’re already too far in. Each song carries a different perspective, shaped by the people who helped bring it to life, but underneath them runs a common thread: a sense of searching.

The first single, “The Long Run,” captures that tension in its most immediate form: Favour’s own voice caught between restraint and release. Somewhere between the danceability of Fred again.. and the raw intensity of Dijon, his music feels physical, restless and a little unruly.
