July 7, 2023 (Los Angeles, CA) — today, los angeles based up and coming electronic dj/producer duo Jakk’d releases ‘satisfy’ on new label “club level records’ by hawd hitta. ‘satisfy’ is bound to make an impact around the globe as this duo has maintained a steady upward trajectory since they charted #33 itunes house (us) back in may 2023.
Jakk’d is composed of dj/producers vjay seminiano and max dean, who are back with more heaters this summer. Vjay and max say “we tossed over the idea to hawd hitta, who quickly thought of the idea of having it released with backing from his new label, we thought it would be cool to get out some tracks this year, and this is just another great avenue that we are exploring.” the three came together to discuss strategy and decided the song was a fit for club level records.
Coming from an upbringing in the christian faith, austin diduch found that the vocal phrase is not only in perfect position prior to the drop, but also perfect for the brand of club level records with the reference to jesus being the only one that can “satisfy.” the groovy bassline slides over the kicks and little dynamic stops and fills along the way add to make this song an absolute beauty of a first release on the label.
“Satisfy” is the first label release for hawd hitta under his ownership since the era of fu dog back in 2019-2020 where he was a co-founder alongside johnny haiki and fred dong. It’s noted that hawd hitta is very dynamic as a business entrepreneur looking to help artists out with his marketing techniques, and playlisting page hawd hitta playlists, the same ones that boosted the release of “check this out” in a collaborative track with Jakk’d that scored a spot at #33 on the itunes (us) house charts just a couple months ago in may 2023.
Vjay seminiano says “this is a big moment for us. We’ve been releasing music for a while and have been excited to see our releases go the next level, this time on “club level’ with hawd hitta helping. Our goal this year has been to release more music but also make a bigger splash, and I think we are doing just that” says max dean of Jakk’d
