Austrian production duo Klangkarussell return with their uplifting new single ‘Roads Of Gold’, out 10th August on their own label Bias Beach Records. ‘Roads Of Gold’ is a soulful deep house anthem, pairing brooding bass with a soaring vocal line. “Feel like I’m comin’, the road so gold / the light in your castle is burnin’ low”, goes the central hook from featured US vocalist Redward Martin, as the percussion gradually intensifies and uplifting piano chords enter the mix. After a delicately plucked guitar and acapella breakdown, the track builds to a crescendo that cuts to the soul. ‘Roads Of Gold’ is the sound Klangkarussell in their element: making their trademark synth-driven house music with a renewed sense of creativity and purpose.
