Sandro Silva established himself as one of the pioneers in modern electronic dance music. Discovered and embraced at a young age by the l ikes of Tiesto, David Guetta and Calvin Harris, he enjoyed massive successes early on in his career. His astronomical hit record Epic shot him to worldwide fame. Remaining a steady presence ever since, he’ s collaborated with the l ikes of W& W, Steva Aoki, Ben Nicky, and remixed similar key players l ike David Guetta, Calvin Harris and Laidback Luke. The musical road he’s taken has been a fast one, creating a new wave with his big room sound and continuously pushing and evolving his career. After years of touring and hitting the elite hotspots and biggest festivals around the globe, he remains ever so focused on pushing his own boundaries and showcasing his new music to the world.
Sandro recently featured on Steve Aoki’s album Paragon with the track Bum Bum (ft. Natalão). After hearing the track for the first time, Steve personally asked Sandro to be part of the album. More recently, Sandro collaborated with UK legend Ben Nicky on a masterful rework of Mozart (up to 150 BPM) named Opera Rave. Cool FM, one of UK’s most influential EDM radio stations, called the track “a genre of its own”. Opera Rave is supported by W&W, Mike Williams, MaRLo, Timmy Trumpet, Wolfpack and many others. Looking ahead, Sandro has several exciting releases scheduled. On November 8th 2024, the highly energetic and motivational track “Bad” will be released on Nordic label One Seven Music. Later this month, Sandro will also release another track on Rave Culture. This track is named “Now or Never” and is already being consider as one of W&W’s festival favorites for 2025. Last but not least, Sandro teamed up with Canadian native Craig Smart to make an ‘official’ cover of Summer Jam. Craig, being one of the initial writers of Summer Jam will feature as the vocalist on this version. The release is scheduled for early 2025 on Canadian label Reliant Music (in collaboration with Universal Music).
