Azure Blue’s acclaimed debut album ‘Rule of Thirds’ dropped in 2011. Over the past 13 years he has released five ethereal pop albums with emotional lyrics and dreamy synth based sounds that have earned him the nickname “Stockholm’s gentle New Wave king” in The Fader, “Swedish Johnny Jewel” in TT and “New Order for Dreamers” ” by Under the Radar. He has also won a Swedish Independent Grammy for Best Pop Album and received scholarships from both the Swedish Cultural Council and the National Artists’ Board. The list of merits is long with highlights such as features in Interview Magazine, The Fader, Vice Noisey, The Line Of Best Fit, The Big Takeover, TimeOut London, El Pais, Dagens Nyheter, Aftonbladet, and TV performances in SVT, TV4, radio airplay in NRE, Swedish national radio P3 and P4.
