About Artist:
B.Miles is a New York musician with a sound described as “a bridge to pop music’s future” (Ones To Watch), “universally addictive” (Nylon) and “giving us the language when our emotions are hard to explain” (Refinery29). Previous releases include last year’s full-length ‘Different Pages’ (a collection confronting the outdated expectations placed on women in their 20s and 30s) and her breakout single “Salt,” with over 28 million Spotify streams to date.
She has performed at venues like Bowery Ballroom in her hometown with her bandmates and collaborators – Eric Nizgretsky, Jackson Firlik, Matias Quarleri and Rob Seeley. With them by her side, she emerges fearless in her new music – exploring the end of a relationship she’d been in for her entire 20s. But beyond the classic breakup tropes, this work centers on having the courage to ask yourself if you’re truly happy and – more importantly – to do something about it if you’re not.
