Liverpool-born but now making waves across the UK and beyond, Candidate has quickly carved out a name for himself with his signature hip-house-infused sound. Over the past 18 months, his standout releases on Hottrax, NeXup, Three Six Zero, and Belief have cemented his place in the underground scene, with his debut EP on NeXup reaching Number 1 on Beatport in just two days. A force behind the decks as well as in the studio, Candidate has graced the stages of some of the UK’s most iconic venues, from Lab 11 and 93 Feet East to Depot Cardiff and NX Newcastle, while also featuring at sell-out events like Eastenderz and Flow.
