Daniel Boon soaked up techno like a sponge in the heart of the bubbling Berlin of the early 90s. After several booming parties he got residencies in several Berlin clubs and with his success promptly came highly acclaimed event series. The clear and distinctive sound of his sets also led him to enormous popularity nationally and even internationally. His first own label “Ostfunk” went in the same direction and was therefore known in the scene and beyond for sweaty party series in clubs like the legendary Tresor.
