HAWD HITTA is a Norwegian-American producer, DJ and creative visionary based out of Los Angeles, CA. In 2018, HAWD HITTA started the EDM duo CHOVA, performing as support for global acts Sigala, Two Friends, Matoma, KSHMR, BROHUG, Audien, Tritonal, ARTY, Hotel Garuda, Lucas & Steve, & GoldFish. Success built with performances at Infieldfest (Kygo, Diplo, FISHER), and Moonrise (Lunar Stage) with ZHU & Gryffin, going on to wrap up his career with CHOVA at the end of 2019 with 30 shows in 10 states, with three being at Echostage (#3 World Ranking DJ MAG).
Under the new solo artist project HAWD HITTA, he started out at Avalon Hollywood (#41 World Ranking) in 2021 with Hook N Sling & Borgeous. His residency with Insomniac Events began in 2022 as support for Cedric Gervais, Dada Life & Matoma at Academy LA (#24 World Ranking). Headlining his first solo tour that Fall, it wrapped up with Klingande (Soundcheck DC – #53 World Ranking) and Laidback Luke at LAVO Nightclub (TAO) in New York City.
2023 started off strong as he charted #33 on iTunes (US House Chart), performed with Imanbek, Bassjackers, Borgeous & Lost Kings, and closed out the year at DAER (Hollywood, FL) with Zeds Dead & Sofi Tukker. 2024 was no different, with support alongside Imanbek, Martin Ikin, Joshwa, Niiko & Swae, and Valentino Khan (Oct 5).
2025 marks his 4th Tour including International performances in Canada, Dominican Republic and Brazil. His recent track “Loca” was signed to Soniquarium Record Label with heavyweights The Fish House, and Dino DZ. It charted #9 on Beatport Tech House Releases in July, receiving international radio play and support from artists around the globe.
