Slove is formed by Julien Barthe (Plaisir de France and Leo Hellden (Camp Claude/Tristesse Contemporaine). This is the first song from the upcoming 3rd album of Slove. The previous albums have kept their relevance and found a new audience through different placements in series like Emily in Paris, Elite, Uncoupled, Riverdale etc. The previous collab Slove/Appaloosa ”Carte Postale” went viral when being the soundtrack of influential youtuber Casey Neistat’s video ”Do what you can’t” (2017) with over 15 million views and in regular sync demand since ranging from young youtubers to bigger brands like the whiskey of David Beckham.
Fireflies is a romantic and mysterious DJ/dancefloor track based on a poem from Anne Laure Kieb (Appaloosa). She is most known for ”The day” on Kitsuné and her now difficult to find works with Johnny Jewel of ”Italians do it better”.
