Hailing from the suburbs of Silicon Valley, Matias Franco aka That Franco is an Argentinian-American music producer, songwriter, and DJ.
Franco’s first experience with Dance music was an early one – he was first exposed to Daft Punk, The Avalanches, and Fatboy Slim when he was in elementary school by staying up late listening to the radio. That Franco draws inspiration from contemporary dance music legends such as Disclosure, Kaytranda, and Crackazat.
With an emphasis on sound design, groove, and rich harmonies, That Franco aims to take the dance floor on a journey through synesthetic soundscapes lush with effervescent textures. When he’s not jamming in the studio, you can find him moving the dance floor with his disco & house sets in clubs throughout San Francisco.
