NoRIP-E, The Philosopher, a.k.a. MNG Scott, is an alternative artist and founder of Dec-Affe-Inated RECORDS based in Nagoya, JP. He has been releasing his music mainly on independent venues such as SoundCloud and Bandcamp, crossing a wide range of genres centered on hip-hop and electronica. His music often expresses feelings of sadness and melancholy.
In 2022, he participated in the lo-fi compilation “Escapism Mixtape Vol. 2” by Finland’s OAKHI Records and released his first cassette tape.
