Wilhelm Richards music drifts along paths of natural perceptions and merging impressions to envelope the felt vibrancy from the world around us. With a now programmatic orientation towards modern types of electronic music like electronica, progressive and deep house or alternative dance, he is always diving into new promising musical areas – an aspiration for the possibility of depicting vivid experiences in music. Born in 1995 in the north of Germany, he began playing the piano at the age of 6 and quickly started to fell in love with different kinds of live music and instruments. Playing in various musical groups over the years, such as bands and choirs in the fields of classical music, jazz, rock and metal, formed his musical taste and multi-instrumental skills. Thus, his music features influences ranging from soulful jazz and pop over the power and rhythm of post- and progressive rock to neoclassical music when he sings and plays drums, piano, guitar, bass or saxophone. It is this mergence of instrumental energy with sophisticated electronic productions that makes his music and live performances captivating. Wilhelm Richard will release a lot of his now more electronic focused music in 2023.
